Matt Tierney is an actor, singer, writer, and comedian in New York City! He also acknowledges that having more than three hyphenates is annoying.

​

Matt grew up in the Philadelphia area, and moved to New York to attend the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Matt got his degree from NYCDA in Musical Theatre Performance - as well as his misspelled degree in 'Musical Theatre Perfomance'.

This year, Matt has closed The Last Five Years at the Vino Theatre, Working at the LaGuardia Performing Arts Center, Hand Me Downs at The Wild Project, The EMC List Sings Kesha at 54 Below, Belting Through Broadway at Green Room 42, and Elijah Lyons & Friends at 54 Below. Matt releases a podcast every Monday with Brooke Falls, named Hate Watch HQ. He's currently preparing to go on tour as Blanche with The Golden Gays in November!
